Jason Lee is an organizer, political strategist, researcher and essayist with 20 years of experience in black electoral politics. In 2014-15, Jason consulted with Chicago Teacher’s Union on their municipal electoral campaigns, and served as the West Side regional field organizer for United Working Families. Prior to that Jason consulted with Houston Federation of Teachers and Boston Teachers Union. In May, Jason graduated from Harvard Divinity School with a Masters in Religion, Ethics, and Politics. Currently Jason is organizing with the Greater Austin Independent Political Organization and is the producer of the Brandon Johnson Show on WVON. He is also a member of BYP 100.
