Richard (RJ) Eskow

Host and Managing Editor, The Zero Hour

Richard (RJ) Eskow is the host and managing editor of The Zero Hour, a weekly radio program produced by We Act Radio, and is a Senior Fellow with the Campaign for America’s Future. From June 2015 to June 2016 he was the senior (and only!) writer and editor for the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. He has written for a number of print and online publications, was a founding contributor to the Huffington Post, and is a longtime activist.

In a previous career, Richard was a senior executive in finance, health insurance, risk management, and benefits. He ran an international health policy and economics consortium, and has served as a consultant and advisor in more than 20 countries. He was a musician and songwriter before that, and still plays whenever he can.
