Saikat Chakrabarti is a cofounder of Brand New Congress. BNC was launched by volunteers and former staffers from Bernie 2016 to build on the tools, tactics and networks they developed together on the Bernie campaign and elect a Brand New Congress that works for everyone. Previously, Saikat helped to shape and implement the national volunteer organizing strategy on the Bernie Sanders campaign as the Director of Organizing Technology. Before joining the political revolution, Saikat helped start the product team at Stripe, a company building payments infrastructure for the internet, and he co-founded Mockingbird, a real-time collaborative tool for making wireframes for websites and web applications.
