William K. Black is an Associate Professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  He is also a white-collar criminologist, a former financial regulator, and a serial whistleblower.  He is an economics adviser to Senator Bernie Sanders.  Black is one of four co-founders of Bank Whistleblowers United, which seeks to restore the rule of law to Wall Street.  He is the author of The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One.
