As a member of the Bernie 2016 campaign’s national distributed organizing team, Alexandra Rojas helped create and run the volunteer-led “barnstorm” program. In her role of national digital field manager, she was instrumental to the launch of over 800
volunteer led organizing meetings that helped significantly scale the voter contact capacity of Bernie 2016 phone banking and canvassing efforts. Before joining the campaign, Alexandra was a founding member of OC Millennials for Bernie which organized and registered student voters on college campuses in Orange County. She also served as the Associated Student Senate President of Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA planning campus-wide events, developing long-term institutional goals on behalf of students, and advocating for students rights.
