Amanda Weaver
Executive Director, Reclaim Chicago
Amanda Weaver is the executive director of Reclaim Chicago and a co-chair of People’s Action movement politics committee. She is an active Rogers Park resident and mother to a radical toddler. Amanda has been organizing for 6 years, and got hooked on knocking on doors and talking to voters from day one. Reclaim Chicago is a people powered, movement building organization set on taking back governing power for the 99% and local communities, since 2015 Amanda has run the field operation of Reclaim Chicago that significantly contributed to electing over a dozen progressives to local office in Illinois.
