Richard Master is the founder and CEO of MCS Industries, Inc., the U.S. leader in picture frames and decorative mirrors. He is the Executive Producer of “Fix It … Healthcare at the Tipping Point”.

A former Trial Attorney, Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Justice, Richard has a deep and continuing interest in public policy. He has served as Chairman of the Bethlehem Authority, which finances the public water system for 13 communities in Eastern Pennsylvania.

In the Arts, he is the founder of the Easton Jazz Festival, now in its 27^th year, and Minsi Ridge Records, which presents the work of young jazz artists.
